This promotional video of the Visual Works studio of the game developer Square Enix was created to promote its character development abilities.

The video was made through the efforts of its video director, Kazuyuki Ikumori and its character designer, Yosuke Toyoda. Visual Works created the cut-scenes which are based on its different video games including Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts, Shadow Tomb Raider and Hitman: Absolution.

The short promotional video which portrays a cyborg battle was intended to promote a new, and futuristic “character prototype” to seek creators of the new entertainment content based on the character design. The promotional video also comes with a content warning.
