After releasing a visual teaser on their official website, creators of the Evangelion series had fans clamoring for more for this trailer for the upcoming new movie, set to be released in 2020.

According to Studio Khara, the production outfit that currently holds the rights to the Eva series, the movie will be called, Rebuild of Evangelion. This trailer, also bearing the information of the release year, has been shown initially before the screenings of another film, Mirai no Mirai (Mirai of the Future).

Being the work of director Hideaki Anno, the teaser features the mecha of Mari Illustrious, a character introduced in the Eva movie, Rebuild.
