You can definitely get tons of Pokemon in Japan through Pokemon Go. Of course, where else can you find many Pokemon than in its country of origin?

Pokemon Go is a location-based augmented reality game. It was released in selected countries, including Japan, in July 2016. In the reality game, players get to use their mobile phone's GPS to locate and catch Pokemon nearby. Players also get to battle and train various creatures through the game.

Upon its release in Japan, the Japanese instantly played and loved the game. People can be seen everywhere, holding up their phones and throwing their virtual Pokeballs into a virtual Pocket Monster.
