The trailer for the upcoming Persona 3 Dancing Star Night has been officially released to the public and it doesn’t look anything like your usual Shin Megami Tensei RPG.
For starters, there is a lot of dancing to a groovy, upbeat BGM that will make you stop questioning what on earth is going on.
The game is said to be lacking the story mode, which is a core part of previous Persona games. In fact, previous versions has been turned into a visual novel interface for players who wanted more interactions with their favorites.
To fill the gap from where the previous story mode left, character interactions are added wherein each character will be assigned their dance partner. Details on how this will work are not given yet but Atlus is assuring fans that they’d enjoy it as much as they have enjoyed the predecessors.
The game is scheduled to hit the Japanese market on May 24, 2018.
