Mameshiba is a character that looks like a mix of a bean and a dog.  This might sound weird, but Mameshiba is ultra cute!

The word Mameshiba comes from two words: Mame meaning bean, and Shiba, a breed of dog native to Japan.

The advertising company Dentsu created the brand of Mameshiba. It was then marketed through 30 second videos where different kinds of Mameshiba gave trivia to humans.

Some characters included in the brand are the Green Pea Shiba, the Black Bean Shiba, and the Peanut Shiba.

Mameshiba is not only popular in Japan, but in Asia and the USA as well.
