The 30th Tokyo International Film Festival or TIFF will feature the work of Japanese director, Keiichi Hara, in this season's Animation Focus Section.

In celebration of 100 years of Japanese animation, TIFF 2017 will showcase the work of esteemed animation director, Keiicho Hara. He is most known for his direction and storyboard work on the TV anime, Doraemon, from 1983 to 1986, and Crayon Shin-Chan from 1993 to 2005.. He has also won multiple awards from his anime film features which include Summer Days With Coo (2007), Colorful (2010), and Miss Hokusai (2015). TIFF will take place in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo from October 25 to November 3.
