Oh yes. Nobuhiro Watsuki is not the only name behind the ever famous Rurouni Kenshin. 

Kazuhiro Furuhashi is the animator behind the original television series of Rurouni Kenshin, including the Original Video Animations (OVAs). He also did some episode direction for the Rumiko Takahashi masterpiece, Ranma 1/2. Another phenomenon that is part of his directing portfolio is Hunter x Hunter. He has also directed the series, You're Under Arrest, and the movie for Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn. He also supervised the direction of the movie for the game, Tales of Rebirth, and Tales of the Abyss.
