Jinsei Kataoka is a Japanese manga-scenarist who is well-known for her work Deadman Wonderland and Koukyoushihen Eureka Seven. She created her works along with Kazuma Kondou as the illustrator.

Her work, Deadman Wonderland have had an anime adaptation. Jinsei Kataoka is also an artist and authored the Smokin’ Parade series.
