Fujifilm Toyama Chemical which made the drug "Favipiravir" has its stock shares surged after its drug was praised by Chinese after clinical trials. - a report from the British newspaper Guardian. Another report from  LiveScience detailed that the Japanese made drug seems to be effective in improving the symptoms of patients with the novel coronavirus. The drug received approval for use in trial tests. Wuhan patients who used the drug got shortened symptoms and an improvement rate of 91%. Favipiravir also shortened the patient's fever (from 4.2 days to just 2.5 days) -according to a report of Pharmaceutical Technology.
