Here’s a tour inside the production rooms of Studio Pierrot, the company behind some of the successful Anime series like Naruto, Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho (Ghost Fighter), Blue Dragon, and more.

The logo of the company is simple: a clown. Piero is actually a word borrowed by the Japanese from Italian, coming from the classical clown icon named Pierrot.

The studio has won a lot of awards since it came into being, namely the Animage Anime Grand Prix Award in 1994, 1995 and the year 2000, for the animes, Yu Yu Hakusho and Saiyuki.
