Yes, you have read the headline right. Full Metal Panic is having a new season.

Entitled "Invisible Victory," the new season of the phenomenal light novel series is set to be released in April 2018. But the surprises from the Shoji Gatoh and Shiki Douji masterpiece do not stop here. On November 25, 2017, a series of movies featuring the director's cut of the original anime series will be shown. A second and third movie will come out around January 13 and January 20, 2018 respectively. 

In line with these, a PlayStation 4 game version of the series will also be released next year.
