The Final Fantasy series is one of the best-selling video game franchises of all time. It gained recognition because of the role-playing games’ exciting genres like tactical, action, multiplayer, online, racing, shooting and fighting. 

With all these elements in the story, netizens showed particular aggressiveness to FFVI’s villain, Kefka Palazzo, although not in the way you would expect. The sadistic clown gained attention as a netizen posted of Kefka’s face—edited without the make-up. 

Kefka was a court jester before his insanity and pure hatred made him one of the most memorable and most evil video game villains ever created. Previously compared to Joker from the DC comics Universe, Kefka is now being compared to David Bowie.
