The attack on Titan is a story of the human community hiding in the walled community to escape and avoid the man-eating titans. The titans are humanoid and gigantic looking creatures that desire to hunt down humans and eat them. The walled city is protected by walls and defended by the military. The city centre houses the royal family while the rests are the citizens and the members of the military. AOT story surrounds on the young boy named Eren whose mother was munched by the long-haired titan. Enraged, Eren swore and dedicated himself to the military to get revenge.

The military constitutes these organizations:

1. The Royal corps - They are tasked to defend the royal family. The royal corps have a more easy lifestyle as they don't always face danger. Because of this, most of the citizens want to join the royal corps.

2. The Survey corps - This is the soldiers who always face danger since they have to go out of the protected walls and face the free-roaming titans. 

What are titans?

The titans are 50th in height and possess tough exterior protection in their bodies except for the back of their necks - considered as the weakest spot. Titans feature a wide gaping mouth, a muscular body and a lack of reproductive organs. They don't have a digestive tract except for the cavity that resembles a stomach where it fills up with anything they swallow. Titans are dumb, easily tricked and no intelligence except for the 9 titans. 

The titan themselves have various types:

1. APure titans - Resembles humans but features varying degrees of deformity.
2. Abnormal titans - Have more hardened abilities and abnormal intelligence or behaviour. 
3. The nine titans - Retains human intelligence and body. they have regenerative traits, colossal body and special abilities that make them harder to defeat.
These titans consists of the following: 

- Armoured titans - They are protected by a layer of segmented armour layers of skin. Such armour is capable of protecting the titan against direct hits from ultrahard steel and cannonballs except for the anti-titan artillery.

-Attack titan - Are one of the titans that fought for its freedom. Currently, it's in the possession of Eren.

- Beast titan - Are slightly larger than most of the titan. This type can throw objects with greater accuracy. 

- Cart titan - This type is quadruple in form.

- Colossus titan - Posses steaming abilities 

- Female titan - Has the ability to harden its skin to ultrahard steel.

- Founding titan - The first of the titans and has the ability to control and create other titans. It has the ability to scream.

- Jaw titan - Has the strongest jaw that can chomp to any almost anything. 

- War Hammer titan - Has the ability to turn structures into weapons.
