Also known as Anisama, the Animelo Summer Live is one of the biggest anime song festivals in Japan. The event is facilitated by Dwango and Nippon Cultural Broadcasting. It is held every natsu or summer in Japan.

Since 2005, anime singers, performers and seiyuus or voice actors and actresses have been performing at Animelo Summer Live. They also perform their own original songs and some songs from tokusatsu shows, or those dealing with special effects. Some of the artists who have performed in Anisama are Rina Aiuchi, m.o.v.e, AAA, Shoko Nakagawa, Kenji Ohtsuki, Gackt, and Momoiro Clover Z. The event releases DVDs and Blu-rays after the event, to preserve the musical performance of so many artists in one stage.
