Kane Tanaka was recognized as the world's oldest woman. At 116 years, Tanaka was born in 1903 years before World War 1 took place. She lives in Fukuoka City, southwest of Japan. Fukuoka's governor, Hiroshi Ogawa, visited Tanaka and congratulated her for the pleasure and happiness, she brings to the people of the city.
Tanaka told the reporters that she eats some chocolate and three meals a day with some soda. She also solves division and multiplication problems.
