If New York has Wall Street and London has Abbey Road, the most notable street in Tokyo is the five intersections of one of the busiest streets in the world, the Shibuya Crossing. An estimated 2,500 pedestrians converge on these five crosswalks in every change of rush-hour traffic signal. Shibuya Crossing was also once seen in the big screen, as featured on the film “Lost in Translation.”
